Some bad moments
Company double charged me and refused to provide me the refund.
This app is poorly made and the company is a dishonest and disorganized one. The app did not work at all, and when I tried to get technical support the only advice I received (after multiple calls) was to reinstall the software. After multiple attempts I decided to ask for my money back. The company is ignoring me, despite promising on their website to refund dissatisfied customers. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers.
This App doesn't work as it promises.
First, the location feature is horrible and unreliable. It's 8:00 pm in the evening, and it still shows my son's location at school. When I spoke to customer service, they advised me that there is a glitch in the app. Second, we just found out that when you set a time period to restrict internet use, it doesn't block the internet.
This app is HORRIBLE!!!! This blocks things that aren't even bad and it makes your phone all glitchy. It also slows down you wifi by a TON!!! If you are a parent thinking about getting this... don't. It shows your kids that you don't trust them enough to let them have even a little freedom. I wish my parents didn't have this on my phone.
